On Saturday, May 23rd, 2026, Fistula Program DRC hosted the national ceremony celebrating the International Day to End Obstetric Fistula at Bolamu Medical Center in Kinshasa. The Ministry of Health, represented by the Director of the National Reproductive Health Program (PNSR), other stakeholders including UNFPA, and 34 women who had recovered from obstetric fistula participated in the ceremony. We thank all our partners who contribute to restoring the dignity of women recovering from obstetric fistula.
In Butembo and Beni, in context of Ebola outbreak, we have done sensitization by medias to sensitize the community.
